afs, alvaro farina studio, is a space dedicated to the creation and realization of one-off projects. Beyond trends or styles, each work at AFS emerges from a profound dialogue between the territory and its space-time environment. The form arises as a result of a sensitive reading of both tangible and intangible contexts.

Our vision transitions from the general to the particular, recognizing the past and transforming it into the present, with the purpose of designing a coherent, meaningful future with identity.

We approach each project in an integral manner, articulating architecture, territorial planning, landscaping, and interior design within a single creative process. This vision allows us to conceive spaces where each element relates to the whole, giving rise to experiences that respond both to the physical environment and to the cultural dimension of the place.

From the preliminary design stage to the final delivery, we work continuously and coordinately, developing the executive project, directing and managing the construction, and ensuring that every decision maintains coherence with the initial vision.
